Meet Magnolia in Rainbow Row!! She’s by far, our favorite summer essential!! The tie shoulders are our favorite!! This bright new print is named after another favorite city in South Carolina!! Sparkle City started out as an acrylic painting that I fell in love with after completion and knew we had to make it into something special!! The painting now resides at Georgia Southern!!
